Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations or shared services.
• Fundamental knowledge of HR practices and end-to-end HR processes.
• Strong problem solving and interdependencies understanding.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday) and case management tools (ServiceNow).
• Strong judgment and attention to detail; able to identify misaligned requests.
• Ability to manage high volumes of cross-functional requests with discretion.
• Excellent written communication for cross-company coordination.
• Trustworthy with confidential employee data across two companies.
• Understanding and following basic data privacy processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute HR and administrative system support related to HR transactions and processes (including on behalf of cross-org managers), ensuring proper authorization and compliance.
• Implement process improvements and cross-functional strategies to enhance workforce synergy and obtain required approvals.
• Interpret manager and employee requests, identify the correct process path across two systems, and route accordingly.
• Serve as the operational link between cross-org managers and specialist teams (Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Mobility, Finance, IT).
• Recognize incomplete or ambiguous requests and clarify with the requester before acting.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for every transaction executed under delegated authority.
• Identify cases beyond standard process and elevate to the appropriate process owner.
• Surface recurring process gaps or system limitations to the teams responsible for process design.
