Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; OJT or minimal HR experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills; familiarity with HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes and HRIS updates.
• Maintain and update employee records and databases.
• Support leave management and attendance tracking.
• Prepare HR documents and communications for employees and management.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
• Assist with payroll coordination and benefits like HMO and other perks.
• Support recruitment activities: job postings, candidate coordination, scheduling.
