Adjustments is hiring a HR Assistant (GY-shift) to support onboarding, offboarding, attendance, leave, and employee records. The role ensures confidential HR documentation and compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.

Work on-site at Capital Town, City of San Fernando, Pampanga, with a 9:00 pm–6:00 am shift, five days a week. Benefits include PHP 1,500 rice allowance, night differential pay, and free HMO coverage for up to 2 dependents.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, HRM, BA, Office Administration or a related field.
• At least 1 year HR, administrative, or records experience is preferred; fresh graduates with internships may apply.

Mansioni

• Onboarding Administration: document, register, orient new hires; collect pre-employment requirements; file statutory IDs; assist with SSS/PhilHealth/Pag-IBIG; prepare employment documents and contracts; schedule orientations; maintain onboard records.
• Offboarding and Separation Administration: process separations, handle resignation letters, prepare clearances and exit interviews, coordinate final pay and separation documentation.
• Attendance and Workforce Administration: support timekeeping for payroll; monitor attendance; manage correction requests, overtime, rest day and night shift entries with approvals; maintain databases and reports.
• Leave Administration: process leave applications; maintain balances and accruals; coordinate approvals.
• Employee Records and 201 File Management: maintain confidential records; create 201 files; ensure documents are complete; update civil status, dependents, salary; audit files.
• Administrative and HR Support: prepare HR forms and templates; support engagement activities and events; handle document routing and HR projects; assist with records requests.
