Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Business, or related degree program.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees to ensure a positive first impression.
• Coordinate with departments to provide paperwork, equipment, and training for new hires.
• Maintain accurate onboarding records and documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
• Suggest ideas to improve onboarding and HR processes.
