Asticom Technology Inc' is seeking an HR Onboarding Intern to join our team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. This casual, part-time role offers exposure to HR and recruitment, focusing on delivering a smooth onboarding experience for new hires and supporting the HR function.

You will assist with onboarding, coordinate paperwork and training, and maintain accurate records while developing practical HR skills in a dynamic office environment.

Qualificações

• Currently enrolled in a HR or business degree program.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for human resources.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees to ensure a positive first impression and set them up for success.
• Coordinate with departments to provide paperwork, equipment, and training for new hires.
• Maintain accurate onboarding records and documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
• Suggest improvements to onboarding processes to enhance efficiency.
