Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment management.
• Proven experience in HR analytics, data analysis and reporting using HR information systems.
• Excellent knowledge of employment law, labour regulations and best practices in the Philippines.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing recruitment strategies for diverse organizational needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates aligned with organizational needs and company culture.
• Manage and mentor recruitment coordinators and team members to ensure consistent delivery of recruitment objectives.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to understand staffing requirements and business priorities.
• Analyze recruitment data and KPIs to identify trends, bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvement.
• Utilize HR technology platforms and systems to streamline recruitment workflows and enhance candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define competency profiles and role requirements.
• Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures that support talent management objectives.
