Job summary

TAI SON IND'L. CORP. in Valenzuela City, Metro Manila, seeks an experienced HR Manager / HR Generalist focused on Employee Relations and Plant Operations. This full-time role bridges management and staff, shaping policies and ensuring regulatory compliance across our industrial plant.

You will lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training and safety programs, while aligning HR practices with operations and providing data-driven insights to boost performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in generalist HR with emphasis on employee relations.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial plant environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws and compliance.
• Experience handling grievances and disciplinary procedures.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Filipino.
• Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills across organisational levels.
• HR professional certification (e.g., PHRP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage employee relations policies to support plant operations.
• Handle grievances and disciplinary matters in a fair and timely manner.
• Partner with plant management to address workforce challenges and optimize performance.
• Recruit, screen and interview candidates for plant and admin roles.
• Oversee onboarding and orientation for new employees.
• Maintain employee records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate training needs and development initiatives.
• Monitor safety and wellbeing programs with operations.
• Advise management on employment matters and labor relations.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics for decision-making.
• Foster positive employee relations through engagement and open communication.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
