Our Clients is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations, employee relations, talent management, and compliance in a healthcare-focused environment. The role partners with business leaders to drive engagement and organizational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership role, with healthcare services experience highly preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Healthcare, hospital, healthcare BPO, clinical services, revenue cycle management, or healthcare shared services experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong background in employee relations, labor relations, performance management, and HR operations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure consistent policy implementation.
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational structure, and employee concerns.
  • Monitor HR metrics to improve retention, engagement, and productivity.
  • Manage employee relations cases and ensure compliant, fair handling of issues.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee key human resources functions, including employee relations, talent management, performance management, organizational development, policy implementation, and HR operations. The ideal candidate has strong experience supporting a healthcare, healthcare BPO, hospital, clinical, or healthcare services environment and can effectively partner with business leaders to drive employee engagement, operational efficiency, and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Business Partnership
  • Partner with senior leaders and department heads to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring effective and consistent implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to managers on workforce planning, organizational structure, employee concerns, and people-related decisions.
  • Monitor HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improving retention, engagement, productivity, and overall workforce performance.
Employee Relations & Labor Relations
  • Manage employee relations cases, including workplace concerns, disciplinary actions, investigations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
  • Ensure consistent application of company policies and compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Coach managers and leaders in handling employee performance and behavioral concerns.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and professional work environment.
Talent Management & Performance
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, performance improvement plans, and succession planning.
  • Partner with recruitment and business leaders to support workforce planning and critical hiring requirements.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement, retention, recognition, and career development initiatives.
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate programs to strengthen leadership and employee capabilities.
Healthcare Workforce Support
  • Support HR requirements specific to healthcare or healthcare services operations, including clinical and non-clinical workforce management.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to address staffing challenges, employee retention, workforce utilization, and performance concerns.
  • Ensure HR practices support compliance, quality, and operational standards applicable to the healthcare industry.
  • Experience supporting healthcare professionals, clinical teams, medical coding, revenue cycle management, or healthcare BPO operations is highly preferred.
HR Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, employee documentation, and confidential personnel information.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports, including headcount, attrition, absenteeism, employee relations trends, and other workforce metrics.
  • Recommend process improvements and HR initiatives based on data and business needs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or similar leadership role.
  • Healthcare, hospital, healthcare BPO, clinical services, revenue cycle management, or healthcare shared services experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong background in employee relations, labor relations, performance management, employee engagement, and HR operations.
  • Knowledge of applicable labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Experience managing and coaching HR team members is an advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using HRIS platforms and analyzing HR metrics and workforce data.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving organization.
