Qualifications

• Pursuing or recent graduate with relevant degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiar with basic web apps.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source potential candidate profiles and screen incoming applications for open positions.
• Coordinate, schedule, and assist in facilitating applicant interviews with hiring managers.
• Assist with the preparation of orientation materials for new hires.
• Draft and post job openings across online portals, social media platforms, and university career boards.
• Pre-screen candidate resumes against specific job requirements and conduct initial phone screening calls.
• File, organize, and archive physical and digital records in accordance with the department’s filing system.
