• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with basic web applications.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source potential candidate profiles and screen incoming applications for open positions.
• Coordinate, schedule, and assist in facilitating applicant interviews with hiring managers.
• Assist with the preparation of orientation materials for new hires.
• Draft and post job openings across online job portals, social media platforms, and university career boards.
• Pre-screen candidate resumes against specific job requirements and conduct initial phone screening calls.
• File, organize, and archive physical and digital 201 records in accordance with the department’s document coding and filing system.
