Job summary

Jill L. Tolentino Customs Brokerage is seeking motivated Human Resources Interns to gain hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, records management, and HR administration.

The role is based onsite in Binondo, Manila, and requires a student pursuing a relevant Bachelor's degree who can fulfill internship hours. You will support sourcing, onboarding, documentation, and HR projects while developing professional skills in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree related to HR or business administration.
• Internship must be a requirement of the academic program.
• Willing to render the required internship hours.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing and interview scheduling.
• Support onboarding and pre-employment documentation.
• Maintain and organize employee records with confidentiality.
• Assist in timekeeping, filing, and other HR administrative tasks.
• Prepare HR documents, reports, and employee communications.
• Assist in employee engagement and HR projects.
• Perform other duties assigned by the HR Department.
