Job summary

Tech101 Technologies Inc. in South Caloocan Metro Manila is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team on a full-time basis in our South Caloocan office.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in human resources consulting and generalist HR functions within a growing technology company. As an HR Intern, you will support the HR team in delivering essential people-focused initiatives whilst developing your understanding of HR best

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and comfort with learning new HR software systems.
• Genuine interest in human resources and a desire to understand HR functions and best practices.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills with a positive and professional attitude.
• Basic understanding of employment laws and HR compliance (preferred).
• Previous HR or recruitment experience or relevant internships (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist with the recruitment process, including job posting distribution, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and documentation.
• Support the onboarding and off-boarding processes for new and departing employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in the organisation and coordination of HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
• Support the preparation of HR reports, policies, and procedural documentation.
• Help respond to routine employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Assist with administrative tasks including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
• Collaborate with HR team members on special projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Support the development and implementation of employee engagement and retention programmes.
