Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, with 0–2 years in HR or related fields. You will post jobs, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, support training and engagement, and serve as the go-to person

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in HR or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and talent acquisition.
• Experience in recruiting, talent management, and compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating final interviews.
• Support employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Manage employee records and assist with benefits administration.
• Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and training programs to promote professional development.
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
