Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment, onboarding, records, attendance, benefits, employee relations, and offboarding processes.
• Advise employees and supervisors on routine HR policies and procedures.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee data.
• Support disciplinary, grievance, and engagement activities.
• Coordinate statutory and company HR requirements.
