Job summary

Greenstone Packaging Corporation is seeking an HR Officer to support daily HR operations in Bulacan. You will handle timekeeping, benefits administration, records, and assist with reports while ensuring policy compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating performance evaluations, handling employee grievances, and preparing disciplinary notices, with an emphasis on accuracy, organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment at Optimo Industrial Park, Caingin, San Rafael.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, HRM or related.
• With or without experience.
• Strong personality and proactive attitude.
• Able to work under minimum supervision, independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle employees DTR, timekeeping and attendance.
• Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll documentation.
• Address employee grievances and ensure policy compliance.
• Prepare disciplinary notices and actions.
• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and reporting.
• Maintain employee records and HR reports.
• Coordinate HR projects and minutes.
