Job summary

Velza Global Philippines is seeking an HR Officer to oversee day-to-day HR generalist operations, ensuring compliance with Philippine Labor Code and statutory mandates. This role covers end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, timekeeping, payroll inputs, and statutory remittances while championing company policies and our luxury brand standards.

You will maintain HR records, support performance appraisals and training initiatives, and handle employee relations with confidentiality and due process.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of solid generalist HR experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll inputs, and employee relations.
• Hands-on experience with performance management, appraisals, and training/development programs.
• Strong knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code and DOLE rules; capable of maintaining compliant HR processes.
• Experience using HRMS software architectures; proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Excellent communication, confidentiality, and rigorous documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and structured offboarding.
• Ensure policies comply with labor laws; update Employee Handbook as needed.
• Maintain 201 files, HR records, and centralized employee database with confidentiality.
• Prepare timekeeping/payroll inputs and government remittances on time.
• Serve as primary point of contact for employee issues and handle disciplinary procedures.
• Support annual performance reviews and organize training to reinforce company culture.
