Qualifications

• Graduates with BS Psychology, BS Mass Communications, or BS Business Administration (Management) are preferred.
• Experience in Human Resource or Administrative work of at least 1 year is required.
• Willingness to be deployed anywhere in the Philippines (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao).

Responsibilities

• Assist the HD department and Division Office in ensuring efficient HD processes.
• Prepare and process documents for all HD processes in coordination with Division HDM/Central Office.
• Handle communications, deployment, regularization, separation, benefits, staff relations, training, and payroll-related information.
