Job summary

JR&R Distributors Inc. is seeking a proactive Site HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations at our distribution site in Batangas. The role focuses on HR service delivery, compliance, recruitment, employee engagement, and labor relations in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

You will partner with site leadership to drive HR initiatives aligned with corporate objectives, handle HRIS and payroll coordination, and manage multiple priorities independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 2–5 years HR experience in FMCG/manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Understanding of HR operations and site-level compliance.
• Hands-on HRIS, payroll coordination, and employee life cycle processes.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office; HRIS knowledge is a plus.
