About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR & Culture team member to join our HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a student or recent graduate who is looking to gain practical experience in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.

What You Will Do

• Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives and programs.
• Support HR in gathering and analyzing employee feedback through surveys and focus groups.
• Coordinate team‑building activities and events to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Help maintain HR communication channels, ensuring employees are informed about engagement activities.
• Assist in the organization of onboarding programs to enhance new employee experiences.
• Collaborate with different departments to promote a culture of inclusion and diversity across the organization.

What We Need
