• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, CapCut, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee HR operations, ensuring alignment of HR initiatives with organizational goals.
• Manage employee relations, resolve workplace conflicts, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Drive organizational development and change management initiatives to support business growth.
• Utilize HRIS, payroll systems, and HR analytics to improve processes and support strategic decision‑making.
