Job summary

Firefly Electric & Lighting Corporation (FELCO) is seeking an HR Associate to manage manpower deployment, track workforce allocation, and coordinate with Outsourced Service Partners (OSPs) from the Ermita, Manila area. This onsite role reports to the Outsourcing Services Management Lead and requires strong coordination and stakeholder communication.

About The Role

As an HR Associate you will ensure efficient manpower deployment, accurate workforce tracking, and strong coordination with Outsourced Service Partners (OSPs).
