Pancake House Restaurant is seeking an HR Officer for an on-site, full-time role in Muntinlupa. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. You will support day-to-day HR operations, maintain employee records, aid recruitment, and assist guests and visitors in a busy restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Psychology, Human Resources or related field (required).

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
• Assist and handle the recruitment process of subsidiary companies.
• Announce newly hired employees through email.
• Greet and assist guests and visitors.
• Answer phone calls and direct to other departments.
• Receive and log mails and deliver to departments.
• Handle the logbook for visitors.
• Handle the inventory and release of office supplies.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Tourism or Psychology or Human Resources or related field
