2027 HUMAN RESOURCE ANALYST DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM - SUMMER ANALYST - PHILIPPINES
As a 2027 Human Resources Analyst Development Program Summer Analyst at JPMorganChase within Human Resources, you will spend 9 weeks working on live problems alongside HR product owners, analytics teams, and business leaders. You will own a defined project, ship a tangible deliverable, and present your work to senior stakeholders at the end of the summer. Beyond hands‑on experience, you will benefit from structured training, mentorship, and opportunities to connect with senior leaders and peers across the organization.
This 9-week internship serves as a talent pipeline for our full‑time, 2-year rotational Human Resources Analyst Development Program. The program offers comprehensive training, unique networking opportunities, and meaningful day‑to‑day work. You'll have the chance to apply your knowledge and make a significant impact while gaining hands‑on experience supporting our various lines of business (Asset & Wealth Management, Commercial & Investment Banking) or our Corporate functions. You'll learn traditional Human Resource practices, including recruiting, talent development, compensation, and employee relations, and you'll be immersed in cutting‑edge HR capabilities, such as data literacy, design thinking, and other commercial skills.
Strong performers may receive an offer for the 2028 Full‑Time Human Resources Analyst Development Program—this internship is a primary pipeline for the 2-year rotational program, gaining exposure to three different teams across the function.
Holding the right to work and necessary work authorizations is a requirement, however, candidates requiring visa sponsorship may still apply. Note that relocation assistance for flight and accommodation is not provided, and work visa sponsorship is not available.
