HMO-Process HMO enrollment and updating.-Coordinate and prepare booking entries with Finance.2. Loans-Process various company loan programs.-Prepares detailed report of monthly deductions for submission to payroll.3. Car Plan-Prepares PR and GRPO for approved car plan request.-Monitors car repairs and maintenance allowance of eligible employees.-Process reimbursement claims of eligible employees.4. Fleet card-Process enrollment to fleet card of eligible employees.5. Mutual Funds-Process Mutual Funds order of employees6. Payment processing-Reviews and validate billing statements/ statement of account of service providers (i.e. HMO, Giftaway, etc.)-Process payment to service providers7. Process payroll of New Hires employees**Administration of Government Statutory Benefits and Requirements** 1.Ensure timely payment remittances of monthly contributions and loan payments to concernedgovernment agency. -Monitor overall payment and deduction of employees. -Coordinate and reconcile payroll entries related to government statutory with Finance. -Prepares text files for Philhealth contributions, SSS contributions and SSS loans. 2.End to end processing of SSS Benefits.
