Job summary

MHI Investment Holdings Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an HR Generalist to deliver timely HR services, ensure policy compliance, and protect employee confidentiality.

You will support leaders on employee concerns and help manage recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration. The ideal candidate has a degree in Psychology or related field and at least three years in HR, with experience across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in an HR Generalist or HRBP role.
• Experience handling multiple HR disciplines: recruitment, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, HR administration.
• Experience supporting business units or operating companies is preferred.

• Experience handling multiple HR disciplines, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, and HR administration
• Experience supporting business units or operating companies is preferred.
