TP ICAP Group is expanding its HR tech capabilities with an Associate Forward Deployed Engineer (AI). Based in the Philippines, you will design, develop and maintain AI services for HR, collaborating with the central AI & Innovation Lab and business partners to deliver scalable, real-time solutions in a global markets context.

The role requires strong AI, ML, LLM and software skills, including Python, SQL, APIs, and front‑end React work.

Qualifications

• Experience building AI applications, ideally for HR or enterprise domains.
• Proficient in Python and SQL with production-grade APIs.
• Experience with LLMs and data governance.
