Job summary

Arky construction and supply is seeking an HR and Admin Manager in Masbate City, Philippines. You will coordinate HR and admin functions, support employees and managers, and ensure ISO standards and policies are implemented with strict compliance.

Lead initiatives to develop workforce policies, programs, and tools that align with the company’s strategic plan and goals, and drive employee development and career progression in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, psychology, or behavioral science or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in HR management and admin coordination.
• Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise HR and Admin tasks to support employees, managers, and operations.
• Oversee recruitment, employee relations, benefits, training, and contracts with service providers.
• Implement ISO standards, policies, procedures, and programs with strict compliance.
• Develop and implement HR policies and tools aligned with strategic goals.
