Job summary
Entegris Asia Pte Ltd in the Philippines is seeking an IT Application Engineer – R&D Application Support with deep expertise in modeling and simulation software on Linux HPC clusters. You will install, configure, deploy, and manage software packages on Linux-based cloud infrastructure, ensuring licensing, security, and performance align with project goals.

Qualifications
- Experience supporting modeling and simulation software environments.
- Experience with Ansys, Schrodinger, AMS, FEA/CFD/DFT/MD tools.
- Experience building, deploying, and sustaining SLURM Linux clusters.
- Experience with SaaS and multi-cloud environments (Azure, GCP, AWS).
- Experience in an Agile development environment.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and related tools.
Responsibilities
- Install and manage software packages on HPC and storage infrastructure.
- Optimize HPC configurations to improve software speed.
- Collaborate with data scientists to deploy scalable modeling workloads.
- Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of HPC in the cloud.
- Design networking solutions for license servers and Cloud.
- Deploy and maintain AI and simulation workflows on cloud.
- Manage licenses for commercial software.
- Optimize HPC cloud resources for cost efficiency.
- Provide technical leadership in cloud and HPC systems management.
