Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 5 years of relevant international development experience preferred.
• Experience in housing, market systems, or development projects is desirable.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders in a developing country.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Supports housing market systems work using a market systems development approach in the Philippines.
• Provides portfolio, program and project management on housing market systems mapping and research.
• Supports MEAL for the portfolio.
• Liaises with partners across media, construction, suppliers, government agencies and financial institutions.
• Offers technical inputs on products and services in housing markets and assesses feasibility.
• Drives learning on disaster resilience and market systems.
• Identifies safeguarding risks and mitigates them.
• Assists in research, strategy, and communications for the program.
• Represents Lab at industry gatherings and conferences.
