Qualifications

• Masters degree required; six years of relevant experience in market systems development (MSD) or international development advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of market systems, value chain analysis, project management and design thinking.
• Excellent written and oral English communication; ability to mentor staff and work across diverse partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead, deliver and support programming expanding Habitat's work with housing market systems across the Philippines.
• Coordinate with donors, government, private sector, civil society and regional/global teams on program delivery.
• Provide technical guidance for MSD and financial inclusion using human-centered design approaches.

Education

Masters Degree in Economics, Business, Finance, International Development, or related field
