Job summary

Habitat for Humanity International seeks an individual consultant to lead a housing intervention in Cebu, acting as a market facilitator. The role focuses on evidence generation to assess viability and inform scale decisions with partner firms over six months.

You will coordinate with Market Systems and Entrepreneurship, and work closely with partner firms to implement the pilot, collect data, and prepare recommendations for expansion and scaling.

Qualifications

• Experience in project implementation and field coordination
• Experience with market systems development and inclusive business
• Ability to organize trainings and partner meetings
• Ability to design or use simple monitoring tools
• Strong writing and documentation skills
• Familiarity with Cebu context and ability to communicate in Cebuano is preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with partners and local government to clarify roles.
• Develop and test approaches to raise awareness of termite prevention.
• Support data collection, feedback, and learning to adapt activities.
• Review pilot results and provide scaling recommendations.
