Qualifications

Graduate of any 4-year degree course.
With 1–2 years of experience in customer service or loan documentation; real estate experience is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

Check and validate buyer documents and housing loan requirements for completeness and accuracy.
Follow up with buyers on missing or incomplete requirements through calls, texts, emails, and notices.
Conduct initial credit investigation and verify the authenticity of submitted documents.
Process and maintain buyer accounts, records, and documentation.
Assist buyers with housing loan application and documentation concerns and provide clear solutions.
Maintain accurate records of buyer interactions and account updates.
Ensure 100% compliance with required documents while providing responsive and professional customer service.
Build positive relationships with buyers through clear, timely, and consistent communication.
Perform other job-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
