Seña Communities Development Inc. is seeking a diligent housing loan processor to prepare and manage loan applications, review documents for completeness, and ensure timely submission. You will coordinate with Pag-IBIG and partner banks, monitor approvals, and address lender requests while maintaining accurate trackers.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and effective time management to meet project timelines and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of housing loan processing or financing coordination experience.
• Experience with Pag-IBIG and partner banks preferred.
• Knowledge of loan processing, documentation management and account monitoring.
• Experience or training in customer service and data privacy.
• Strong financing coordination and negotiation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and time management.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and process complete housing loan applications based on financing requirements.
• Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance before submission.
• Ensure timely submission and processing of loan applications.
• Monitor applications from submission through approval and takeout.
• Follow up on pending requirements, appraisals, inspections, and lender requests.
• Coordinate with financing institutions to address requirements, clarifications, and approval concerns.
• Monitor conditional approvals, declined accounts, and applications requiring reprocessing.
• Identify and resolve financing delays and documentation issues.
• Maintain accurate financing trackers, records, and status reports.
• Monitor financing performance, turnaround times, approval rates, and pending accounts.
• Provide regular updates on financing status, risks, and takeout schedules.
• Coordinate financing requirements with relevant internal stakeholders and project timelines.
• Ensure financing activities comply with partner requirements and company procedures.
• Identify recurring financing issues and recommend process improvements.
