ISTA Solutions in Makati is seeking an experienced HOUSEKEEPING STAFF to maintain the cleanliness of our office environment. You will perform routine cleaning, sanitation, restrooms, pantry, waste management, and general upkeep to ensure a safe, tidy workspace.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains general cleaning/maintenance of the office.
• Cleanliness of offices, pantry, restrooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and trash disposal on a daily basis.
• Restrooms: clean, sanitize, stock supplies.
• Pantry: keep areas clean and hygienic.
• Proper waste segregation and disposal.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and report needs for replenishment.
• Report any damages, leaks, or safety concerns promptly.
• Follow PPE usage and workplace safety standards.
• Assist with event setup and post-event cleaning.
• Work with the team to meet schedules and standards.

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintains all general cleaning/maintenance requirements of the office
• Cleaning & Sanitation - Maintain cleanliness of offices, pantry, restrooms, common areas, and other assigned areas
• Daily Housekeeping - Perform routine cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste collection
• Restroom Maintenance - Ensure restrooms are clean, sanitized, and properly stocked
• Pantry Maintenance - Keep pantry areas clean, organized, and hygienic
• Waste Management - Properly segregate, collect, and dispose of waste
• Supplies Monitoring - Check and report cleaning materials and consumables that need replenishment
• Reporting of Issues - Immediately report damages, leaks, spills, clogged drains, or other facility concerns
• Safety & Compliance - Follow proper cleaning procedures, chemical handling, PPE, and workplace safety standards
• Support for Events/Activities - Assist with cleaning and setup before, during, and after company events
• Teamwork & Accountability - Follow assigned schedules, complete tasks on time, and maintain professional conduct

Requirements

• Must be willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati
• Has sufficient government documents and valid ID
• At least 18 years old
