ISTA Solutions, an outsourcing/offshoring company, is seeking an experienced housekeeping staff to join our growing team in Buendia, Makati. You will be responsible for all general cleaning and maintenance of the office, ensuring a clean and safe environment for employees and visitors.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati.
• Have government documents and a valid ID.
• Experience in housekeeping or janitorial work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains all general cleaning/maintenance requirements of the office.
• Cleaning & sanitation of offices, pantry, restrooms, common areas, and other assigned areas.
• Daily housekeeping tasks: sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste collection.
• Restroom maintenance: cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking supplies.
• Pantry maintenance: keep pantry areas clean and organized.
• Waste management: proper segregation, collection, and disposal of waste.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and report replenishment needs.
• Report damages, leaks, spills, or other facility concerns.
• Follow safety procedures, chemical handling, PPE, and workplace safety standards.
• Assist with cleaning and setup before, during, and after company events.
• Maintain professional conduct and teamwork; follow scheduled tasks.
