Job summary

• Able to supervise and coordinate housekeeping personnel.
• Able to work under pressure and meet operational requirements.
• Capable of lifting heavy items when necessary.
• Willing to work overtime, Saturdays, and Sundays when required.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor the performance of housekeeping/janitorial personnel.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and proper execution of assigned tasks.
• Create work schedules in coordination with the HR Department.
• Train housekeeping personnel and ensure proper compliance with instructions and procedures.
• Serve as the direct contact of the Janitorial Department for external employees and clients.
• Monitor and resolve housekeeping-related client concerns and complaints.
• Review housekeeping reports and ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Check and monitor cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Prepare and forward inventory and supply reports to the Housekeeping Head.
• Conduct ocular inspections of client sites for cleaning requirements.
• Handle inspections for in-house cleaning, home cleaning, post-construction cleaning, office cleaning, and one-time cleaning services.
• Assist in the deployment of in-house and one-time cleaning services.
• Perform other housekeeping and janitorial duties as assigned.
