Job summary

Andok's Group of Companies is seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our hotel and restaurant team in Tagaytay. You will assess guests, tailor Swedish, deep tissue, and shiatsu sessions, and advise on post-treatment care to enhance results.

Applicants must hold NC II in Massage Therapy and have at least 1 year of experience, with strong communication, professionalism, and stamina. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; assignment at Calamba Road, Tagaytay.

Qualifications

• NC II Massage Therapy certification is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a massage therapist or in a related wellness role.
• Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and bodywork modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and empathy when interacting with guests.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the company team to ensure a seamless and high-quality guest experience.

• Perform a variety of massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, shiatsu) tailored to each guest’s need and preferences,

• Recommend post-treatment care, stretches, wellness tips, and/or promote products to enhance guest massage results,

• Maintain accurate records of guest sessions, preferences and any relevant health conditions,

• Maintain a clean, organized, and relaxing treatment room in accordance with hygiene and safety protocols,

• Ensure all equipment, linens, and supplies are properly sanitized, and well-stocked,

• Collaborate with the company team to ensure a seamless and high-quality guest experience,

• Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols and professional/ethical standards.

What we’re looking for:

• A holder of a valid National Certificate Level II (NC II) certification for Massage Therapy,

• At least 1 year experience as a massage therapist or in a related wellness role,

• Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and bodywork modalities,

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach,

• High level of professionalism, discretion, and empathy when interacting with guests,

• Good physical stamina, hand strength, and dexterity,
