Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Management, preferably in the hotel industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute online revenue strategies to achieve financial targets.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and booking patterns.
• Adjust pricing strategies and inventory allocations to optimize revenue and occupancy.
• Manage online distribution channels including OTAs and direct platforms.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date information on all online channels.
• Provide training and support to staff on revenue management practices.
