Job summary

Filinvest Hospitality Property is seeking a Banquet Manager for Quest Plus Conference Center Clark. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of Banquet or Restaurant Supervisor experience and familiarity with F&B service, menus, wine, and cocktails.

Responsibilities include supervising service, ensuring high hygiene standards, addressing guest concerns, scheduling staff, and preparing reports for the GM or owner. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Banquet Supervisor or Restaurant Supervisor experience.
• Prefer knowledge in F&B service and familiarity in menu, wine, and cocktail offering.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and overseeing the actual service provided by the staff
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
• Monitoring the presentation of food products and reviewing any areas of concern with the Banquet Sous Chef
• Responding efficiently and accurately to Banquet event coordinator and customer complaints
• Addresses customer concerns on a timely basis
• Upholding high hygiene standards
• Implements and practices fair and consistent discipline among staff in accordance with Resort rules and regulations
• Schedules staff based on forecast business
• Prepares reports as necessary
• Perform other assignment as defined by the needs of the property or as directed by the GM or the owner
