Cevio Hotel Corporation is seeking an organized Purchasing Officer to support our pre-opening team in sourcing hotel supplies, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring timely procurement of FF&E and OS&E. The role requires strong negotiation, record-keeping, and communication skills, with a focus on accuracy and timely execution.

Ideal candidates will have hotel procurement experience, be proficient in MS Office and hotel PMS software, and be able to work under pressure during the pre-opening

Qualifications

• Experience as Purchasing Officer or similar in hotel pre-opening operations.
• Strong negotiation and record-keeping skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hotel PMS software.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders for FF&E and OS&E.
• Research local and regional suppliers to request quotes and negotiate pricing.
• Track orders and coordinate deliveries to ensure on-time arrival.
• Inspect incoming shipments for quality and accuracy with store staff.
• Maintain procurement records, supplier contacts, and price lists.
• Coordinate with accounts payable for invoice verification and vendor payments.
