Job summary

Cevio Hotel Corporation is seeking an organized Inventory Officer to oversee stock and assets during its pre-opening phase in Tacloban area. You will establish inventory tracking, manage deliveries, and ensure proper storage and records for FF&E, OS&E, and operating supplies.

You will work closely with the Purchasing Officer and department heads to issue supplies, conduct regular stock counts, and maintain accurate logs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Inventory Officer, Storekeeper, or Warehouse Assistant.
• Basic understanding of inventory control software and strong MS Excel proficiency.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to lift/move physical stock and work in an active pre-opening setup.
• Residing in Tacloban or nearby areas, with the ability to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), and operating supplies (OS&E)
• Organize hotel storerooms, setting up labeling, stock placement, and storage standards
• Perform regular physical stock counts and audit inventory balances against system records
• Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages, waste, or unauthorized usage
• Coordinate with the Purchasing Officer and department heads to issue supplies and track usage
• Maintain accurate inventory control systems, logs, and receiving reports
