Job summary

Crimson Resort & Spa Boracay seeks a dedicated Hotel Nurse to provide high-quality healthcare to guests and staff on site. The role requires prompt medical attention, strong clinical skills, and excellent customer service.

You will assess conditions, administer first aid and medications, maintain records, and collaborate with hotel management to implement health protocols and preventative care. Fluency in English and a compassionate approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing with PRC license and ACLS/BLS certifications.
• 2-3 years of clinical experience, preferably in emergency care.
• Hotel or hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in CPR, wound care, and administering medications.
• Excellent English communication, empathy, and teamwork.
• Ability to assess and triage patients for appropriate care.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical assistance to guests and staff needing immediate care.
• Assess conditions and determine appropriate actions.
• Administer first aid and prescribed medications as needed.
• Maintain accurate medical records for treated patients.
• Collaborate with hotel management on health and safety protocols.
• Conduct health assessments and preventive screenings for staff.
• Educate staff on health topics and prevention.
• Maintain stocked medical inventory and supplies.
• Liaise with external medical providers and emergency services.
• Stay updated on medical advances, regulations and best practices.
