Namin Resort in the Philippines is seeking an IT Officer to lead day‑to‑day IT operations across the hotel and resort, ensuring reliable systems for guest services and administration.

You will oversee PMS, POS, CCTV, door locks, PABX, network infrastructure, and security policies, coordinating with department heads and external providers to maintain high availability and continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience managing hotel IT infrastructure and networks.
• Supervisory experience with IT teams.
• Familiarity with PMS and POS systems.
• Knowledge of CCTV, telephony, and access controls.
• Understanding IT security policies and data protection.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily IT operations and ensure service availability across hotel and resort areas.
• Provide technical support to all departments including Front Office and F&B.
• Monitor and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Manage IT service requests, incidents, and escalations with documentation.
• Maintain networks, switches, routers, firewalls, and access points.
• Maintain PMS, POS, CCTV, door locks, PABX, and other hotel systems.
• Implement IT security policies and access controls.
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets.
• Schedule and assign tasks to IT personnel.
• Prepare regular reports on IT operations and outstanding issues.
