Job summary

Raffles Makati seeks an attentive accounting professional to maintain balance sheet accuracy and support month-end close in a luxury hotel setting.

You will prepare monthly utility billings, owner share summaries, and oversee owner cheque transactions, journal entries, and credit reviews.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accountancy or Finance, at least 1 year of accounting experience, and strong verbal/written communication with proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field required.
• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience; hospitality industry is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to accuracy.
• Proficient with accounting software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintains balance sheet accounts and supports month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing with proper documentation.
• Prepares and administers monthly utility billings and owner share summaries.
• Oversees owner cheque transactions, journal entries, credit reviews, and outstanding accounts.
