Job summary

Okada Manila seeks an Engineer – Technical Response (Front of House) to lead maintenance and repairs across hotel rooms and designated areas. The role includes mechanical, electrical, plumbing, kitchen and equipment tasks, with emphasis on safety and compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Architecture degree, is licensed, and brings 3–5 years in hotel/building engineering or supervisory roles. Strong communication and project coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Architecture.
• Licensed Professional Engineer; master's degree is an advantage but not required.
• 3–5 years’ experience as a Project/Site/Construction Engineer or hotel/building engineering supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering and maintenance operations of the hotel, property, restaurant and grounds.
• Respond to engineering and maintenance concerns and safety issues.
• Manage preventive maintenance projects and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain safe, clean working environment per procedures.
• Lead and coach team; assist with staffing and project management.
