Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in engineering maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, fire protection and civil works.
• Experience handling guest complaints related to room engineering issues is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Chief Engineer in budget control and cost optimization.
• Check wastage and ensure optimum material usage in operations.
• Observe and report energy wastage for efficiency.
• Supervise technicians for performance, quality, and attendance.
• Ensure work areas, especially guest areas, are left clean after job completion.
• Inspect equipment function and safety, and verify logbook entries.
