Robinsons Hotels and Resorts Head Office in Pasig is seeking a Director of Engineering to oversee maintenance of all hotel facilities, ensure safety and full functionality of building systems, guest rooms, and public areas. This role leads and develops the engineering team, coordinates with other departments to support guest satisfaction, and responds to operational and emergency maintenance needs.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field preferred.
Registered Mechanical or Electrical Engineer.
Minimum of 5 years of engineering or facilities experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
Previous supervisory or management experience required.

Oversee maintenance of all hotel systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, life safety, and building automation systems.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
Develop and manage the engineering department budget.
Control maintenance and utility costs while maintaining quality standards.
