Job summary

Qualifications

• No supervisory experience required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Universal CFC Certification; must meet state and federal certification/licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests and perform preventive maintenance on hotel systems.
• Identify, locate, and operate shut-off valves; carry out repairs safely.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts as needed.
• Assist with painting, minor repairs, and basic carpentry as required.
• Document activities and communicate issues across shifts using approved systems.
