Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in hotel development or related commercial fields within the Philippines or Southeast Asia.
• Proven track record in deal sourcing, negotiations and closing complex transactions.
• Ability to build and maintain senior-level relationships with developers, investors, hotel owners, banks, and advisors.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Hotel Management, Engineering, or Law, with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with developers, investors, property owners, financial institutions, consultants, and industry stakeholders to identify hotel development opportunities.
• Evaluate projects through market assessments, commercial analysis, due diligence, and stakeholder engagement to align with growth objectives.
• Lead presentations, proposals, and negotiations with owners and investors while developing compelling business cases and commercial solutions.
• Manage development projects through signing, coordinating with legal, finance, ops, design, and commercial teams through milestones.
• Represent the business at industry events and forums to expand presence in Metro Manila and regional destinations.
