Accorhotel in the Philippines seeks a Chief Engineer to ensure the efficient operation of the hotel property and all its equipment. You will oversee maintenance, safety, and repair services, and protect the owner's assets while coordinating with the Design and Construction team and external contractors.

The role involves supervising both interior and exterior building maintenance, training staff on safety compliance, and performing other duties as assigned by Management.

Formación

• Experience in hotel facilities maintenance and operations.
• Knowledge of local safety regulations and compliance.
• Ability to supervise and develop maintenance teams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure efficient operation of the hotel property and all equipment.
• Collaborate with Design and Construction team and contractors on renovations.
• Educate/train staff on current safety issues and compliance.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of interior and exterior buildings, rooms and contents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
